About Us

A family-led company
built through service, operations, and care.

Jason L. Rodriguez, CEO and Managing Partner of Operations at J&L Management Group LLC, met his future wife and partner, Lora M. Watson, shortly after completing his time with the U.S. Army in 2003. Recognizing their shared vision and passion for entrepreneurship, they married in May 2004 and went on to establish J&L Management Group LLC in Northeast Ohio in 2007.

Today, while operating throughout a majority of the states, J&L has set its base of operations in the heart of Florida’s Space Coast on Merritt Island. The company specializes in hospitality and senior living, offering operational protocols, staff training, business plans, start-up consultation services, and other tailored solutions that help businesses succeed in these sectors.

Being proactive is the only approach to true success. Being reactive means failure in proper planning.

Jason L. Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez’s extensive experience and successful track record in the senior living and hospitality industries make him a highly respected senior consultant and CEO at J&L Management Group LLC. With a career spanning more than 20 years in the healthcare field, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving others, a value instilled during his time in the U.S. Army.

Lora Rodriguez

Lora M. Rodriguez is a highly experienced business consultant with a strong background in Education, Managing, and Healthcare spanning more than 20 years and is a multi-state Licensed Administrator for AL/IL/ and MC communities. She has received formal training through ETI College and Kent State University.

Her expertise includes logical problem-solving, operational and staffing structure, labor cost efficiency, training policy and procedure design, staffing retention, and recruitment. Lora’s dedication, volunteer work, and passion for service remain integral to the core beliefs that drive J&L Management Group.
